Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Advanced Manufacturing and Design; or a closely related field. Requires two 2 years of experience in a manufacturing engineer position or related role. Must have experience establishing and optimizing new process using lean manufacturing concepts and tools; driving continuous improvement projects on manufacturing processes and quality; establishing pilot testing and scale up plan for manufacturing technology implementation; implementing manufacturing technology solutions to achieve the required quality, reliability, and consistency; developing process standards and design correlations to enable predictive results to reduce time to market and to improve capacity planning and efficiencies; conducting root cause failure analysis for manufacturing processes and quality issues to ensure continuous production; creating and improving the technical sheets, process instructions, and product standards; and coordinating the release and implementation of changes in process, product, and bill of materials.
