Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a closely related field. Requires three 3 years of experience in a test engineering position in the automotive sector. Experience must include the following developing and validating control systems; developing and executing testing of embedded vehicle software and hardware systems to validate vehicle performance targets; processing and analyzing vehicle test data; performing Failure Modes and Effects Analysis FMEA to identify areas of improvement for vehicle systems; and coordinating with crossfunctional engineering teams to achieve vehicle targets based on simulation, testing, and analysis.
