Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a closely related field. Requires 1 years of experience in a systems control engineer position working with autonomous vehicles. Experience must include the following Developing and testing new and improved designs and systems for autonomous vehicle technology; Defining controls systems requirements, metrics, verification, and validation strategies; Performing root cause analysis on complex integrated systems; Creating test plans and verification strategies to support ongoing feature development and bug fixes; Generating test programs and scripts for autonomous vehicle systems, executing tests, and analyzing the results; Identifying and resolving potential risks for validation of autonomous driver performance in order to support development, safety qualification and testing; Working with control theory, system identification, state estimation, sensor fusion, and Kalman filtering; Utilizing MATLABSimulink, Python, and C programming.
