Employer requires a Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Telecommunications Systems Management, or a closely related field and at least five 5 years of progressively more responsible work experience managing teams in a SaaS organization. In addition, the employer requires the following skillsbr 1 Demonstrated knowledge of SDLC Software Development Life Cycles gained through three 3 years of work experience.br 2 Demonstrated knowledge of SSO Single SignOn, Identity Providers, Cloud Technologies, Customer Communication, Technical Support, and SLA Service Level Agreement settings gained through three 3 years of work experience.br 3 Demonstrated ability establishing best practices for security, and Agile Methodologies gained through three 3 years of work experience.br br All years of experience may be gained concurrently.br br Alternatively, the Employer is willing to accept a Masters degree in Information Systems, Telecommunications Systems Management, or a closely related field and three 3 years of work experience managing global teams in a SaaS organization.
