Required experience must include production and formulation of foam; leading operations for reticulation machine for opencelled polyurethane foam; train others on reticulation machine, maintenance, and troubleshooting of foaming machineries Hennecke UBT500; analyze foam performance and implement plans for improvement; proper blending of Polyurethane by temperature and humidity level; continuous improvement for machine capacity utilization Laader Berg Machine; research and develop new foam products such as GMHR Foam. Alternatively, employer will accept Associates degree or foreign equivalent in Manufacturing Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields plus 7 years of related experience. Required experience must include production and formulation of foam; leading operations for reticulation machine for opencelled polyurethane foam; train others on reticulation machine, maintenance, and troubleshooting of foaming machineries Hennecke UBT500; analyze foam performance and implement plans for improvement; proper blending of Polyurethane by temperature and humidity level; continuous improvement for machine capacity utilization Laader Berg Machine; research and develop new foam products such as GMHR Foam.
