Experience is required and must include the following Establishing and enforcing rules for behavior and procedures for maintaining order; Attending to childrens basic needs by feeding and dressing them; Organizing and leading activities designed to promote physical, mental, and social development, such as games, arts and crafts, music, and storytelling; and Training to provide first aid to the kids in case of injury, illness or allergic reaction.
