H.8A and H.8C Employer will accept a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or a related field and 5 years of progressive experience in software development for digital communication systems to include any relevant job titles within this occupation in lieu of a Masters degree or equivalent and 3 years of experience.br br H.10A H.10B Employer will accept 3 years of experience in the alternate occupation of software development for digital communication systems to include any relevant job titles within this occupation. Employer will accept pre and postMasters degree experience. Experience must be postBachelors degree.br br H.12 Job requirements are normal for the employer due to the complexity of job duties associated with this position. Employer answered no to Question H.12 based on SVP analysis only.br br Work experience to include 1 3 years of experience executing interoperability tests supporting carriers or operators. 2 1 year of experience with C coding and Matlab. 3 1 year of experience researching 4G platforms and Software protocols. 4 Debugging 4G networking systems and base stations. 5 Scripting to include Linux system and Python for test automation and data processing. 6 Handson experience with the following lab equipment Spectrum Analyzer, Signal Generator, Vector Network Analyzer, RF High Impedance probes, Function Generators, Oscilloscope and Multimeter. 7 TCPIP and Internet protocols. Academic experience to include 8 Coursework in information theory, random processes, digital communications, multiuser communication systems and networking protocols. Any and all experience may be gained concurrently.br br Position requires 10 domestic travel; expenses paid by employer.
