H.10 Section H.14 defines the experience and skills that a qualified candidate must possess to meet the actual minimum requirements for the position. The required experience and skills may be obtained in the position offered or any alternate occupation. The employer would accept the experience and skills from an alternate occupation with any job title.br br Master of Science degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field and completion of a university level course, research project, internship, thesis, or one year experience in 1. Objectoriented design and development in an objectoriented language such as Java, C# or other objectoriented language; 2. designing or developing business applications using system visualization tools such as UML class diagrams or other related software or technology; 3. XML and integration concepts; and 4. Web application development or SaaS Software as a Servicebr br Alternatively, employer will accept a Bachelor of Science degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field plus two 2 years progressive experience in the following 1. Objectoriented design and development in an objectoriented language such as Java, C# or other objectoriented language; 2. designing or developing business applications using system visualization tools such as UML class diagrams or other related software or technology; 3. XML and integration concepts; and 4. Web application development or SaaS Software as a Servicebr br Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
