H.10 Section H.14 defines the experience and skills that a qualified candidate must possess to meet the actual minimum requirements for the position. The required experience and skills may be obtained in the position offered or any alternate occupation. The employer would accept the experience and skills from an alternate occupation with any job title.br br Master of Science degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field plus two 2 years experience in the following 1. Scrum andor other agile software development methodologies; 2. General purpose programming languages, such as Java or C; 3. Data driven analysis for problem solving; and 4. Product management.br br Alternatively, employer will accept a Bachelor of Science degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field plus five 5 years of postbaccalaureate progressive experience in the following 1. Scrum andor other agile software development methodologies; 2. General purpose programming languages, such as Java or C; 3. Data driven analysis for problem solving; and 4. Product management. Employer will accept any combination of education, experience, or training.
