H.10 Section H.14 defines the experience and skills that a qualified candidate must possess to meet the actual minimum requirements for the position. The required experience and skills may be obtained in the position offered or any alternate occupation. The employer would accept the experience and skills from an alternate occupation with any job title.br br Master of Science degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Business Administration, Finance or related field plus two 2 years experience in the following 1. Requirement gathering and writing functional design documents; 2. Objectoriented programming, design, or development; and 3. Product management.
