Providing guidance and direction to project team and assisting department manager in providing technical excellence and suggestions for department standards.br 2. Applicable engineering codes and standards, including API 520521, applying multidiscipline knowledge, knowledge of advanced principles, and quality management standards andbr practices.br 3. Experience with a wide variety of process technologies including Refinery Units, Bioethanol, Utility Units, Chemicals, Polymers, and LNG.br 4. Uncovering issues and risks and recommending solutions to technical and commercial concerns discovered during course of performing assignments, demonstrating innovation inbr finding solutions and alternatives to address complex client requirements.br 5. Experience with process engineering software including Hysys, MS Office, and software for hydraulics, pump calculations and vessel sizing.br 6. Initiating exchange of required technical concepts and information with other disciplines and client.br 7. Executing and overseeing project scope, budget and schedule, and mentoring and developing junior technical professionals and project team
