Must have three 3 years experience with leading interdepartmental groups such as Sales, Customer Services, Engineering, RD, Material Planning or Operation groups with new product development, costreduction projects, and supply chain projects to achieve desired departmental goals based on given project; quality procedures including Production Part Approval process PPAP, and Advanced Product Quality Planning APQP process, preawards, and technical reviews; managing supplier sourcing life cycle from supplier scouting to final technical approval PPAP approval; reviewing and auditing pricing and volume contracts, and managing capacity and logistics contracts along with price negotiations; and performing supplier sourcing based on trade compliances, geographical locations and IATF 16949 requirements. Domestic and international travel required 25 of the time to supplier locations, conferences and company sites.
