H.S. diploma or equivalent. General knowledge of mechanical, welding and metal work. Ability to operate farm equipment and machinery. Ability to repair complex farm equipment with minimal to no supervision. Willingness to work a flexible schedule, 6 to 7 days per week, higher during planting and harvest, some nights, holidays and weekends. Willingness to work in a shop with no AC to fabricate, repair, or maintain equipment. Pass drug and background check.
