Proficient in computerbased solutions such as Outlook, Word and Excel, with emphasis on Aviation Maintenance programsbr 7. Working Knowledge and understanding of the Federal Aviation Regulations.br 8. Familiarity with aircraft Air conditioning systems and troubleshooting.br 9. Human Factors training.br 10. Strong team building and interpersonal skills that foster a team culturebr 11. Must be physically fit enough to climb around aircraft and lift weights up to 50 lbs.br 12. Experience in managing teams, projects and workflow for aircraft overhaul and field work.br 13. Min 4 yrs. experience on turbine powered aircraft, andor on heavy Helicopter airframesbr br CERTIFICATION FAA Certificated for Airframe and Powerplantbr br TRAVEL REQUIREMENTbr br 1. Must be able to travel internationally to service contracts outside the continental United States.br 2.
