Employer will accept a Juris Doctorate degree and 1 year of experience in the job offered or in a legalrelated occupation. Must also have a Bachelors degree in Biology, Life Sciences or related field.br br Experience must include the followingbr 1. Experience with intellectual property laws, including preparing patent prosecution documents such as patent applications and responses to Office Actions;br 2. Writing briefscommunications with respect to USPTO and intellectual property laws.; andbr 3. Analyzing IP law and providing recommendations to clients.br br Position requires membership in the State Bar as an attorney qualified to practice law in Massachusetts and registration or limited recognition, with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
