Researching and analyzing antitrust issues relating to mergers and acquisitions, monopolization, competitor collaborations, and collusion;br 2. Communicating with clients to advise on fact investigations and legal issues pertaining to mergers and acquisitions, monopolization, competitor collaborations, and collusion;br 3. Drafting internal fact and legal memorandum relating to mergers and acquisitions, monopolization, competitor collaborations, and collusion issues;br 4. Drafting presentations, proffers, and white papers to submit to government agencies in antitrust investigations; andbr 5. Managing fact finding for internal investigations.br br Requires active membership of DC Bar as an attorney qualified to practice law.
