The position requires a Juris Doctor Degree, or foreign equivalent, plus three 3 years experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Requires admission to the State Bar of New York. Position also requires demonstrable experience with each of the following managing a transaction between signing and closing; drafting transaction documents for financings, MA and capital markets transactions, in consultation with a partner; drafting complex nonform based contractual provisions, in consultation with a partner; drafting press releases; strategizing due diligence inquiries on behalf of a client, in consultation with a partner; planning and leading a verbal due diligence discussioninquiry; supervising junior associates in due diligence; and drafting and negotiating ancillary agreements for acquisitions. Travel required up to 10. Telecommuting permitted up to 40.
