Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering or a related field and 2 years of experience in working on power service and electrical infrastructure projects in gas compression. 1 year of experience to include each of the following applying NEC code Articles 200299 and Articles 300399, IEEE standard Instrumentation and Measurement, Power and Energy, Power Electronics, and National Electrical Safety Code NESC, and DOT regulations PHMSA; utilizing SKM PowerTools for ShortCircuit Analysis, Equipment Evaluation, Load Flow Studies, Protective Device Coordination, Operating Conditions Impact Studies, and Transient Motor Starting Analysis; using Bluebeam, Navisworks, and Aconex that facilitates project engineering design support and function; conducting arc flash studies; communicating project statuses and presentations to project managers and clients; and advising vendors and contractors of technical requirements of electrical services.
