Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field and 8 years of experience in performing business applications support. 5 years of experience working directly with customer to conduct requirements gathering to design and develop new solutions or modify existing solutions. 4 years of experience to include providing daily support of the OSIsoft PI System for customers, including resolving issues and implementing new solutions to meet business needs; analyzing data with PI tools PI Vision, PI Publisher, and PI Datalink, developing SQL Server Integration Services integrations, and developing applications using C#; performing hardware and software modernizations, implementing software upgrades, and conducting regular reviews of the PI system environment to recommend and implement solutions to improve the PI environment performance; and providing training and mentoring on the PI System and tools for team members and customers.
