3 years of professional experience at an international law firm providing legal advice to corporate clients throughout domestic and international litigation and arbitration proceedings. Must also have experience with the following special skills 3 years of professional experience advising on commercial and business litigation issues in established or emerging markets; 3 years of professional experience managing multiple commercial litigation projects with competing deadlines; 3 years of professional experience advising clients on crossborder insolvency and restructuring; 3 years of professional experience representing clients in commercial litigation in federal and state courts. Must be admitted to the New York State Bar.
