J.D., L.L.M., L.L.B., or U.S. equivalent in law, plus 3 years of professional experience at an international law firm managing and negotiating domestic and crossborder debt finance transactions.br br Must also have experience with the following special skills 3 years of professional experience advising clients in the energyinfrastructure, technology, and telecommunication industries on all aspects of transactions and the financing life cycle; 3 years of professional experience overseeing multiple legal projects involving debt restructurings, reservebased lending, syndicated lending, and direct lending; 3 years of professional experience advising on deal administration, including joinders, amendments, interpretive questions, and collateral matters; must be admitted to the Texas State Bar.
