Position requires a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field plus 7 years of experience in the job offered or leading implementation of complex Enterprise Identity and Access Management IAM solutions.br br Specific skillsbr br Experience with IAM policies, procedures and technologies; IBM ISIM 6 product and supporting components including IBM Security Directory Server ISDSITDS, IBM Security Directory Integrator ISDIITDI with developing custom adapters for applications and databases including SQL, DB2, and Teradata;br Experience with Agile development methodologies, and enterprise application design;br Experience in leading new projects including migrationupgrade and working with multiple teams in onshoreoffshore model;br Experience in implementation and support of web based applications including IBM Security Identity Manager 6.0 ISIMITIM, Windows 2016 and Linux; andbr Experience with security best practices and security standards and frameworks including SOX, SOC, HIPPA, MARSE and NIST 80053.
