Degree Requirement Juris Doctor or LL.M. or its foreign equivalent.br br Skills Required 48 months of experience working on all aspects of USD multimillion andor multibillion transactions, including crossborder and domestic acquisition financings, first and second lien credit facilities, middle market and large cap financings, assetbased lending, subscription facilities and restructuring transactions. Must be an attorney in good standing before the New York State Bar.br br The candidate must be available to work overtime and on weekend as needed to meet the demands of the complex financing transactions in which Weil represents its clients in several different time zones.
