Requires a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a related field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or managing manufacturing processes in the electrical motor industry. Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following in the electrical motor manufacturing industry designing manufacturing equipment using AutoCAD and SolidWorks; utilizing winding equipment and the electrical insulation system for electrical motors; problem solving using Lean Manufacturing Tools; analyzing methods using MethodsTime Measurement MTM and managing standard working time and process flow using SAP system; developing and maintaining manufacturing processes for experimental, prototype, new and existing products; utilizing test equipment and testing procedures for motor and generator systems, including Hipot, Megger, Resistance, OscilloscopeScopemeter, Vibration Analyzer, Alignment, and Partial Discharge; maximizing efficiency, minimizing cost and improving production quality by continuous optimization of manufacturing process of electrical motors; utilizing insulation standards and test acceptance of stator winding in electrical motor assembly and manufacturing; performing root cause analysis and problem solving for problems during production, recommending and implementing corrective action; and coordinating longterm resolution; and managing a team and guiding others in meeting career and organization goals. Must also possess a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification and experience applying Lean Six Sigma using COV and DOE. Must be able to travel domestically andor internationally up to 30 of working time.
