Requires a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field. In lieu of a Bachelors degree in the specified fields, employer will accept 3 of years of experience in the job offered or in the electric motor industry. Education, training, or experience must include the following adhering to industry standards and specifications such as NEMA MG1, IEEE 841 or similar; utilizing inhouse application programs to secure medium to complex level designs without factory support; and performing custom motor analysis to determine cost and profitability of products. Must be willing to travel domestically up to 20 of working time. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience.
