Must have experience with analyzing, designing and developing best practice business implementations through technology solutions in Workday; providing technical feasibility and implementation strategies for any questions, issues or concerns raised from end users; configuring in Workday through functional system configurations and business process configurations; creating reports using Workday Report Writer and creating custom integrations with Enterprise Interface Builder EIB and Web Service tools XML and XSLT; creating complex calculated fields, condition rules, and validation rules in Workday to use in reports and business processes; developing test scenarios, unit testing, and UAT testing for projects; troubleshooting open issues and bugfixes, ensuring ontime delivery and handoffs; production support during process and after process completes; conducting fit gap analysis and Root Cause Analysis RCA and finding solutions for gaps; and working with cross functional teams to maintain a Workday ecosystem, drilling through code using debugging skills and suggesting best practices, and working in a multiproject, multiteam environment with both internal and external business and IT team members.
