Must have experience with troubleshooting and debugging production issues; coding utilities using JavaJ2EE to resolve production issues; Oracle SQL queries and PLSQL functions; coding in shell scripting; ServiceNow Incident Management and developing Custom Reports through ServiceNow; configuring APIs in postman runner to simulate requests; resolving Escalations from L1, Business, Field; analyzing REST APIs to identify issues; determining and configuring alerts for applications to proactively monitor errorsperformance issues; coding management tools like GIT; coordinating between different teams i.e Engineering, L2 teams, Product to resolve issues; and performing root cause analysis and identifying sources of production issues so as to ensure the issue does not happen again. Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills.
