Must have experience with Build Transportation Contract Management Tools like Carrier Scorecard Carrier Compliance using Power BI and Tableau; Creating complex forecast models Time Series regression and ARIMA for Peak and average week shipment data; Perform cost benefit analysis of multiple Transportation network designs Single Vs Multiple Domicile; Solo Vs Team drivers; Owned Vs Leased equipment etc.; Build data validationinvestigation tools using MS Excel, VBA and SQL to work with large raw inaccurate shipment data; Analyze daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual data from TMS, Bigquery and salesforce to identify outliers, trends, seasonality and create spend summary, ship count summary, shipment weight summary; Developed value added approaches to Transportation Management System OTM Mercury Gate by creating customized planning parameters Equipment Types, Consolidation, Cut Times, Hours of Operation, Backhaul optimization; Built customer defined and carrier defined KPIs for a leading Vehicle manufacturer and parts distributor OTP, OTD, FreightGuard Reports, EDI status visibility etc.; Worked closely with Data Architecture team to create user stories in JIRA including API integration items and Error Handling codes; Greenfield Analysis, multistop vehicle routing, Fleet Sizing, Multiple Domicile problem, OTR Fleet optimization, Crossdock Vs Direct Studies using Llamasoft Supply Chain Guru, Appian Direct Route and IBM Ilog; Detailed understanding of Modes of transportation LTL, TL, Parcel, Air, Ocean, drayage, Intermodal, Equipment Types, US DOT regulations, Transportation rates Contract Vs Spot Market,Solutions design engineering.
