Must have experience with Data Acquisition, Cleaning, Analysis and Visualization Using Data Analysis Software Excel, Tableau and Power BI; Develop and Maintain Excel VBA Programs for Customized Applications; 2D 3D CAD Software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks to Build, Update and Analyze Equipment and Layout Drawings; Model Building for Requirement Definition, Capacity and Throughput Analysis; Design and Develop Various Automated Material Handling Solutions such as AGV and ASRS; Technical Material Handling Solution Implementation and Integration including Commissioning, UAT, FAT, and Solution Acceptance; Design and Improve Material Flow, Process Flow and Floor Layout Using VSM, Spaghetti Diagram, Time Study, Bottleneck Analysis; Project Management Skills Gantt Chart, Critical Path Analysis, Baselining, Gate Review, Change Management and Risk Management; Engineering Finance and DecisionMaking Skills SWOT Analysis, OKR, CBA and ROI; Problem Solving Skills Ishikawa Diagram, Pareto Analysis, 5 Whys, FMEA. Continuous Improvement Methods Including Kaizen, 6 Sigma and Lean Principles.
