Must have experience with automating recurring opportunities, batch jobs, schedule jobs using various scripting languages Unix script, Powershell, and Python to minimize manual interventions and system downtimes; working with different database systems to write complex database queries Informix, Oracle, MariaDB, and DB2; developing and analyzing dashboards for critical KPIs using Business Intelligence tools and latest UI technology React JS, and Angular JS; Designing and developing high quality software features and functionality using latest technologies Java, NodeJs, JavaScript, and Angular; Designing REST web Services using Java Spring Boot; cloud based serverless architecture OneOps and Microsoft Azure to deploy and manage services; front end development technologies Angular2 and ReactJS to create user interfaces; troubleshooting business and production issues by gathering information, analyzing the root cause and creating solutions; providing guidance to small group of two to three engineers, including offshore associates, for assigned engineering projects by providing pertinent documents, directions, examples and timeline; analyzing queues Kafka, ActiveMQ, and logging and searching platform such as Splunk; Project management and development methodologies Agile software development; defect tracking tools JIRA and ticketing tools ServiceNow to effectively manage problem management; creating change control requests CRQs and presenting it in review board to get the approvals; Retail and Supply chain Domain to provide support to the business on technical feasibility, and implementation strategies XML and EDI File standards.
