Background in education, training, or experience must include Quality Assurance QA software testing experience with experience directing staff; experience with software testing tools including Application Lifecycle Management ALM, Load Runner, UFT; experience with web based customer order entry applications; excellent communication and organizational skills; strong written communication skills; skilled in Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, and Visio; awareness of trends within the software QA testing industry; comprehensive understanding of QA testing processes; use of ALM and UFT; ability to analyze loadperformance test results. Ability to work from home two days per week. Any suitable combination of education, training, and experience is acceptable. Position could not be performed with less education, training, or experience.
