Any suitable combination of education, training andor experience is acceptable.br br MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS CONTD FROM ITEMS H.4 EDUCATION AND H.6 EXPERIENCE Masters degree in Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering or U.S. equivalent and one 1 year of experience in the job or one 1 year of software development experience as a Lead Engineer, Project Manager or closely related occupation responsible for leadingmanaging IT projects from planning to successful completion within time and budget constraints. Experience must include designing projectprogram specifications, monitoring project schedules and documentation, performing software systems analysis, system integration testing, support user acceptance testing, review of codes and testing results, and guidingleading team members. Must be proficient in RPG programming, including RFG400, AS400, OS400, EDI and other similar toolstechnologies.
