Employer requires a Masters degree U.S. or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Networking, Electrical Engineering, or a related technicalquantitative field.br br Employer requires least six 6 of the following skills gained through industry experience or academic courseworkbr br Software development languages including Modern C and Python;br Algorithm design and analysis in distributed system for performance optimization;br Agile and scrum processes, and version sourceversion control tools such as Git and Github;br Object Oriented Design and design patterns in a complex distributed system in realtime and simulation practices;br Distributed systems and experience with tradeoffs of working with largescale systems including RAFT, Paxos, SBFT protocols;br Cloud computing environments such as AWS or IBM cloud computing;br Data analysis for largescale system performance improvement;br Virtualization technologies and platforms such as Docker, Kubernetes, vSphere.br br Telecommuting permitted work may be performed within normal commuting distance from this VMware office.
