MS in MIS, CompSci or Statistics 1yr exp, or BS 3yrs experience, in data engineering for healthcare claims or clinical data. Experience must include working with relational SQL cloud databases, Redshift, Snowflake, Oracle DB, MS SQL Server, and Aurora MySQL; must include using data pipeline workflow management tools, such as Glue, Airflow, ControlM and AWS Batch; Experience with ECS, EMR and RDS AWS Cloud services is required, objectoriented functional scripting languages,eg Python Java. Experience with statistical analysis software packages such as R SAS is required, as is thorough understanding of HIPAA compliance rules for storage, transmission access to patients healthcare data. Experience with serverless computing, cloud security and creating VMs virtual machines is required.
