A Juris Doctorate J.D. degree or a Masters of Law LLM from an accredited law school, or its foreign equivalent; a New York law license, or alternatively, eligibility to obtain a New York law license within 12 months of hire; and three 3 years of relevant experience. Relevant experience must includebr br drafting credit agreements and security documents;br drafting and reviewing disclosure schedules and exhibits;br drafting and reviewing ancillary transactional documentation, including resolutions, officers certificates, organizational documents, membership interest certificates and transfer powers, reliance letters, consents to collateral assignment, estoppels, fee letters, legal opinions and account control agreements;br conducting due diligence and drafting due diligence reports;br coordinating lien searches, Uniform Commercial Code filings and exchanges of possessory collateral; andbr preparing closing checklists.br Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience
