Position requires a bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in HumanComputer Interaction, Design, or a related degree, plus 5 years of experience in a Lead User Experience UX Design role. Experience must include Leading team of designers and engineers, managing project objectives and creating efficient design operations in a largescale organization. Design Systems, design automation, and design operations. UX User Experience design and development of enterprisewide design systems to support cross functional organization. Developing web components and mobile native components. UI framework, semantics and construction of UI components in HTML, JavaScript, React, Swift and Android. GUI design and wireframes in Sketch, Adobe suite, Figma. Creating accessible design in conformance with WCAG Web Content Accessibility Guidelines.
