Minimum requirements Bachelors or equivalent degree in Electrical Engineering or related field plus 2 years of experience in switch mode power supply design. Employer will accept a combination of education and experience as equivalent to a Bachelors degreebr br Must have Extensive knowledge of high frequency switching power supply topographies and control architectures; specific power conversion design skills including, high frequency magnetic design, power conversion circuit design and analysis, circuit simulation, layout considerations, feedback control theory, and EMC compliance; strong analytical skills; the ability to be selfmotivated and detail oriented; excellent team and individual contributor leadership skills; outstanding organizational, communications, and interpersonal skills; familiarity with simulation tools such as Pspice, OrCAD, Mathcad, MATLAB, or Excel; and a working knowledge of firmware.
