Minimum requirements Masters degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.br br Must have Experience using designbased software systems such as Solid Works, Pro Engineer, or Auto CAD; sound fundamentals and understanding of materials engineering and associated properties of materials; good handson engineering skills and ability to work on production equipment; experience with the Automotive Requirements such as IATF 16949 Certification, PPAP, BIQ, FTQ; solid skills in problem solving and statistics; ability to understand, analyze, and resolve moderately complex technical problems; ability to work independently and be effective in a fastpaced environment; and excellent writing and organizational skills.
