ANY SUITABLE COMBINATION OF EDUCATION, TRAINING OR EXPERIENCE IS ACCEPTABLE. Requires Bachelors or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field followed by 5 years of progressive experience in software development for billing solutions in telecom domain, including billing architecture and solution designing, and using Singleview platform, Perl scripting, Shell on Linux operating system, EPM Expression Parser Module, XML handling in EPM, Oracle SQL, Mainframes COBOL, DB2, JCL, NDM, zOS and OS390, Windows OS, Microsoft Office tools, SQL Plus, SQL Developer, TOAD, and IBM MQ. In Lieu of a Bachelors degree followed by 5 years of progressive experience, employer will accept a Masters or foreign equivalent degree and 3 years of experience in the skill sets stated above. Experience therein to include 3 years with Python programming, and Cloud technology, including Cloud architecture in OCI or AWS.
