ANY SUITABLE COMBINATION OF EDUCATION, TRAINING OR EXPERIENCE IS ACCEPTABLE. Requires Masters or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field and 3 years of experience in developing applications and troubleshooting system problems using Java and relational database. In lieu of a Masters degree and 3 years of experience, employer will accept a Bachelors or foreign equivalent degree in the fields stated above followed by 5 years of progressive experience in the skill sets stated above. Experience therein to include 2 years with AWS, and 1 year with Microservices. Requires remote work within commuting distance to Verizons office in Rolling Meadows, IL.
