Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Organizational Psychology, Organizational Leadership, Human Resources Management or a related field and eight years of experience involving the following workplaceworkforce change management for an international organization; development and launch of structured strategic people planning and talent mapping processes for an international organization; career planning, performance management, professional leadership and executive coaching, compensation planning, employee relations, training and development, recognition and retention programs and business development through strategic people plans; organizational development and design and cultural integration, talent management, succession planning, workforce planning, business consulting and conflict resolution; development or management of people programs, including performance and promotion cycles, benefits, talent reviews, training, code of conduct, diversity, and inclusion initiatives; analyzing capacity and utilization trends, staffing and recruiting data, and metrics to facilitate hiring decisions and strategic workforce planning; management of HR professionals on a nationwideinternational scale; and gSuite, Outlook, SAP, Chris21, iManageDeskSite or Workday.br br Position reports to the Verily Life Sciences LLC South San Francisco, CA office may allow for partial telecommuting.br br Travel required.
