Requires a Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a closely related field. Requires five 5 years of progressively responsible experience as a financial manager at executive level, including focus on Latin America region. Experience must also include the following Benchmarking analysis; Financial Analysis; Cash flow and PL forecasting; Ideation and problemsolving sessions; Activity value analysis; Labor Productivity analysis; working with business process modeling and improvement, cost optimization and revenue growth initiatives; performance improvement; developing and executing business plans; multiparty negotiations; valuation of companies and assets; working knowledge of key accounting principles and experience with credit documentation; developing complex operating and financial models tailored to specific business needs.
