Special Requirements Experience must include five 5 years of experience in each of the following 1 building and shipping consumer products; 2 Technical Program Management; 3 leading projects with executive stakeholders; 4 programproject management utilizing and applying Agile methodologies; 5 project management tools including Jira or Confluence; 6 influencing and motivating people across a broad variety of job functions through relationships; 7 managing multiple, competing priorities simultaneously, without losing sight of the highest priority items; 8 technical, analytical and quantitative skills utilizing data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive decisions; and 9 working in regulated industries including the financial industry. Background checks may be required.
