Requires Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or closelyrelated field and 5 yrs progressive postBachelors experience in an Engineering position engineering exterior automotive lighting products through full product development cycles from design to launch; working directly for a Japanese OEM or with Japanese OEM customers; working with global crossfunctional project team members; and coaching leading junior personnel. Position also requires 2 yrs experience participating in automotive launches of products for a Japanese OEMs availability for calls held during Japan Standard Time. 10 travel to Japan Mexico required.
