The position requires a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering or closely related field. The qualified candidate must have at least 1 year 12 months of experience in an engineering position or closely related occupation in the adhesive label stock manufacturing industry. The qualified candidate must also have at least 1 year 12 months of experience with all of the following a troubleshooting and resolving unexpected production downtime; b developing standard operating procedures; c coordinating production schedule for optimum efficiency, quality, and machine uptime; d gathering, analyzing, and reviewing production data to ensure material quality, waste, and efficiency metrics are met; e designing day to day activities in product finishing, coating, and adhesive label stock manufacturing; and e utilizing the following tools and technologies Salesforce and ERP Systems including Raflow, RafGO, and Raflatrack. All experience may be gained concurrently. Employer will accept candidates with any suitable combination of education and experience as described in H4 to H10, above.
