Position requires 5 years of related experience that includes at least 2 years of experience in Pega business analysis and Pega project implementation; and proficiency in the following Application Lifecycle Management ALM tools; Agile Development Methodologies; using BPM modeling and Pega process mapping tools to build process flows, process maps and build working prototypes; working on SOA, detailing out web services, data mapping of elements and defining various operations for web services; and applying Data Modeling, Data Dictionary, Data Mapping and Normalization to identify innovative information technology solutions in support of business processes and for complex applications problems and system administration issues. This position is based at Unums office in Atlanta, GA, with the option to telecommute from home within a normal commuting distance approximately 2 days per week.
