Requires PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering or related field; at least two semesters experience teaching college level electrical and computer engineering courses this experience can be through employment, training or an academic program; and research interest in neural engineering, biomedical engineering, or healthcare related engineering as shown through modeling of spiking neural networks as demonstrated through dissertation, presentation of research at nationalinternational conference, or peerreviewed publication.
