Must also have any experience with or knowledge of i cell and molecular biology and biochemistry maintaining primary cell lines, performing mouse genotyping, RNA extraction, performing western blotting analysis, protein purification ii histology techniques, including mouse transcardial perfusion, tissue processing, preservation and staining, immunofluorescence, immunohistochemistry, image acquisition and quantification; iii rodent breeding and colony maintenance experimental planning and setting up animal breeding, ear tagging, and genotyping; iv basic surgical procedures and invivo techniques, including chose surgery animal, preparation for operation, postoperative care, tail vein injections and intraperitoneal injections in mouse; v animal behavior testing skills, including beam balance tests and mirror water maze tests; vi computer and software skills, including MS office, excel, Adobe, Image J and statistical SPSS; vii strict attentionadherence to detail and laboratory protocols and regulations; and viii general lab maintenance as well as preparation for lab inspections.br br Note Since there is no experience required in H.6, the Kellogg language is not required.
