Requires Bachelors or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Mathematics or a related field as well as three years of experience in designing and developing moderately complex applications, lifecycle application development, developing complex data structures. Will consider applicants with a total of seven years of related education and or experience combined. H.10 Alternate Occupation can be satisfied with 12 months experience if have 6 years of education Masters.
