Experience with research project management involving countries in East Asia including university, scientific or governmental research institutions. Experience working with human subject research applications and budgeting tools in grant research administration. Demonstrated experience coordinating and serving as a liaison for business interactions and activities with Chinese government agencies, universities, and hospitals. Demonstrated experience coordinating and serving as a liaison with European or United States universities and funding agencies. Demonstrated knowledge of the government regulations relevant to large scale genetic studies in East Asia. Demonstrated knowledge of governmental regulations on research in China, governing science research, transfer of funds and payments for research in hospitals and universities. Experience with identifying project goals and projecting successful project outcome in advance.
